elementec IncidentManager Small Business

elementec IncidentManager Small Business ist a sigle user version, which cannot be used in a network. This Version doesn't contain the user and authorization management capabilities of the Business version.

elementec IncidentManager Business

elementec IncidentManager Business is a multi-user and network version and is offered in different license packages, which are suitable for the different requirements. The number of required licenses is calculated after the number of persons, which are maximally connected to the system simultaneously ("Concurrent User").

elementec IncidentManager Enterprise

elementec IncidentManager Enterprise provides extended document management functionality and has audit and logging support. Licensing corresponds to the Business version.

The purchase of licenses includes 30 days free telephone support. Afterwards a support contract can be made, where you have the option between e-mail and telephone support.
