Which OS version is required for running IncidentM/elementec::km/elemenec::dp?

All products support Windows 98, Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, Windows NT 4 SP 1, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

Do I need a seperate database system to use IncidentM/elementec::km//elementec::dp?

No. All products are shipped with the Microsoft Jet Engine and can be installed ans used out of the box. However, this database option is recommended for single user installations and network installation of up to 5 concurrent users. For larger installation, we strongly recommend to use a more powerful client-server database system. Such database systems are also available from the open source community, which are free of charge.

I want to install IncidentM/elementec::km/elementec::dp on my workstation as well as on my notebook. How many licenses do I need?

For IncidentM, you need one license for each user, who is logged to the system at the same time. You may install the software on any number of computers. If you are the only person in your company, who uses IncidentM or there is never more than one person using IncidentM at the same time, one license is sufficient.

For elementec::km/elementec::dp, you need one license for each individual user, who has access to the system. You may install the software on any number of computers. If you are the only person in your company, who uses elementec::km/elementec::dp, one license is sufficient.
