elementec Software & Consulting Dr. Peter Kullmann develops standard software for managing exceptional situations and offers consulting services in connection with planning, documentation and management of emergencies and disasters. elementec was founded november 2002 and is located in Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart.

Dr. Peter Kullmann

Managing director of elementec and director of the software development. During his professional career he has gained broad experience with the development of disaster management systems. In his last position he was leading manager of the software development in a consultancy company. In parallel with his professional career, he earned a PhD degree in artificial intelligence and knowledge-based systems from the University Karlsruhe, Germany.
